Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs.
Provide information on vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
Negotiate sales and finalize paperwork with customers.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
Hit monthly sales goals while delivering great service

Requirements:

Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Knowledge of automotive technology and trends preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license
