Responsibilities

Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, monitor sales performance, and generate reports for management review.
Conduct negotiations with customers to secure favorable deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership policies.
Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of Toyota vehicles and accessories are maintained for maximum sales efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and delivering compelling presentations at public speaking engagements or dealership events.

Skills

Proven experience in automobile sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles; dealership experience is highly preferred.

Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, and building a robust sales pipeline through B2B channels.
