We are actively seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team.

Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will be able to hit the ground running!
Previous Auto Dealership Service Advisor/Department Experience required
Team builder, customer-focused, and organized
Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills
Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of business management
Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
High school graduate or equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug
Responsibilities
We are hiring a Service Manager to hire, train, and direct the activities of Service Department Staff
You will also ensure exceptional customer service is practiced and performance targets are obtained
Train, develop, and mentor Service Advisors and Technical Staff
Resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns
Schedule appointments for an auto repair, maintenance, etc
Advise customers on service options and costs
Inspect repair orders for accuracy
Follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion
Keep customers updated on changes
Upon completion of work, review the order with the customer
Ensure manufacturer policies and procedures are followed
