Qualifications
- We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will be able to hit the ground running!
- Previous Auto Dealership Service Advisor/Department Experience required
- Team builder, customer-focused, and organized
- Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of business management
- Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug
- Responsibilities
- We are hiring a Service Manager to hire, train, and direct the activities of Service Department Staff
- You will also ensure exceptional customer service is practiced and performance targets are obtained
- Train, develop, and mentor Service Advisors and Technical Staff
- Resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns
- Schedule appointments for an auto repair, maintenance, etc
- Advise customers on service options and costs
- Inspect repair orders for accuracy
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion
- Keep customers updated on changes
- Upon completion of work, review the order with the customer
- Ensure manufacturer policies and procedures are followed
