Qualifications and Job Requirements:

1+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume Harley-Davidson, RV, Powersports, Marine or Automotive dealership with 4+ years in a high-volume supervisory position (SM/GSM).
Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson preferred but not required.
Can effectively manage both people and processes.
Experience with staffing, training, motivating, volume sales, counseling, master negotiator, team building, desking deals and monitoring the department managers.
Strong computer skills.
