Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the used vehicle operation, including inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and profitability
- Source and acquire pre-owned inventory that meets Porsche and luxury brand standards
- Manage appraisals, trade-ins, and wholesale strategies
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to maximize gross and turn
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager at a luxury automotive brand is required
- Porsche experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Track record of driving profitability and managing high-end inventory
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual income potential of $175,000–$250,000
