Qualifications:
- No Sales Experience? No Problem! We provide all the training you need to become a skilled salesperson. Passion and drive are all you need to get started!
- Influencer Mindset: Comfortable being on camera and creating content for social media, with a strong understanding of what works online (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Tech-Savvy: Able to easily navigate social media platforms, analytics tools, and video editing apps to create high-quality, engaging content.
- Creative Spirit: Bring fresh, fun ideas to the table. Whether you’re into humor, storytelling, or lifestyle content, we want you to showcase the fun side of car-buying and the Honda experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to engage with followers, answer questions, and effectively promote products.
- Passion for Cars: You don’t need to be a car expert, but an interest in Honda’s vehicles (like the Civic, CR-V, and Accord) and their innovative features will set you apart.
- Positive Attitude & Team Player: A team-first mentality is key. You’ll be collaborating with multiple departments to achieve our collective goals.
