What You'll Do:

- Support finance presentations and desking activities as part of your growth path

Compensation & Benefits:
- $75,000 – $130,000+ annually (based on performance and role)
- Aggressive, uncapped commission structure + bonuses

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (preferred)
- Strong energy, presence, and closing ability
- Coachable, goal-driven, and team-focused
- Finance/Desk exposure is a plus, but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
