Core Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming internet and phone leads; ensure rapid response time and consistent follow-up processes.
- Develop and implement phone scripts and email templates to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to align BDC efforts with dealership objectives.
- Track and analyze lead conversion rates, appointment show rates, and ROI on campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing training, role-playing, and performance reviews to improve skills and results.
Maintain CRM accuracy and lead pipeline health.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
