Responsibilities
- Grow the Sales Department
- Drive volume, gross
- Coach, train, and motivate the sales team daily
- Ensure strong desk structure, follow-up, and deal flow
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ethical standards
- Work closely with leadership to execute store goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,712.55 - $90,000.00 per year
