Lusso Motors is looking for a motivated and confident Automotive Salesperson to join our growing dealership. This role is perfect for someone who understands the sales process, enjoys working with customers, and is comfortable using dealership software.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers through the vehicle buying process from start to finish
Generate and follow up with leads to close sales
Enter and manage deals using Dealer Management Software (DMS)
Maintain accurate inventory and customer records
Provide a professional, high-end customer experience

Requirements:

Previous automotive sales experience preferred
Working knowledge of DMS (DealerCenter, Frazer, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, reliable, and goal-oriented
