Telemarketer / BDC FULLY INHOUSE - Outbound Telephone Sales

Gunther VW and Volvo of Delray Beach is one of the fastest-growing auto dealership in south Florida . We are looking for an Outbound Telephone Sales Representative to join our team and help better serve our customers. In this role, you will make calls to existing customers and inquiring prospects in an attempt to set an appointment for them to visit our showroom. All leads are provided in this direct to consumer setting and there is ABSOLUTELY NO COLD CALLING!!!

Best BDC pay plan in Florida. Volume based bonus levels.
We are looking for people with the following skills:
- Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus as is a genuine interest in automotive and customer service!
- Passion for delighting customers
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Attention to detail
- Accurate data entry ability
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn quickly and use customized software and applications Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate via outbound phone calls, as well as email
- Follow approved scripts on outbound calls to ensure proper expectations have been set
- Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections and close sales
- Recommend and suggest products to achieve daily sales goals
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information
- Process orders while communicating all essential customer account information Our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term stable position and has experience in administrative or customer experience roles and is technically savvy.
