A BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications in a dealership environment. They serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, focusing on lead generation, customer follow-up, and appointment setting to support the sales team. Specializing in Great Customer Satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, or online platforms.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, past customers, and service inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with sales managers to prioritize and qualify leads.
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to generate interest.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead contact and appointment-setting goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
Previous experience in automotive, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
