ALM Newnan is looking for a BDC Manager to join our growing sales department. You’ll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met. A successful candidate must demonstrate superior customer service skills, excellent work ethic and motivation.

Manage all aspects of the department including, but not limited to: scheduling staff, monitoring rep performance (calls/emails/chats) and implement and monitor BDC processes, etc.
Work closely with the call center team to ensure all customer issues and concerns are resolved promptly.
Coach and develop the team.
Assist staff with answering and distributing leads, CRM generated tasks, etc.
Develop and execute outbound internet digital and phone campaigns
Maintain a high energy atmosphere in the department
Drive, enthusiasm, hard worker
Growth mindset, willing to learn
Able to provide a high level of customer service
Results focus: accountable, attention to detail
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly to GM and Senior Management on department performance based on established and industry KPIs
Automotive sales experience required
