AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT

The Gross Auto Group has been in business since 1956 and serves Wood, Clark, Marathon, and Jackson counties - as well as the surrounding areas.
We are adding a Sales and Leasing Consultant to our Black River Falls, Wisconsin team.
We offer flexible hours and a 5 day work week. Our sales department is open Monday - Friday 8-6 and Saturday 8-3. You would work every other Saturday and have a day off during the week on those weeks. No late nights. Outstanding pay plan with very generous incentives and multiple bonus opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome customers warmly and build genuine rapport to create a comfortable and engaging buying experience.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer’s preferences, lifestyle, and budget in order to recommend the most suitable vehicles.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles in a professional, compelling, and enthusiastic manner that highlights key features and benefits.
- Clearly explain pricing, deal structures, and financing options to customers while maintaining transparency and trust.
- Guide customers through the sales process and close deals in a way that is mutually beneficial for both the customer and the dealership.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up with all past customers—regardless of purchase outcome—to nurture long‑term relationships and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Stay top‑of‑mind with customers by providing ongoing communication, support, and value long after the initial interaction.
- Uphold dealership standards for professionalism, customer satisfaction, and ethical sales practices.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Business Manager to develop sales and protection product agreements that benefit the customer as well as the dealership.
Must be able to work every other Saturday from 8 AM - 3 PM. When you work a Saturday, you are off one of the weekdays that week.
