Join our dynamic EV sales team as an Automotive Salesperson, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive success! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with prospective buyers and guiding them through the exciting journey of purchasing a vehicle. Your expertise in sales, negotiation, and customer service will help turn inquiries into satisfied customers. We are a specialist EV dealership with great long term history. We are looking for a sales person that has good sales experience, can work within our sales system, acts as a team player and can learn our sales system. We are a one price store, the sales person will work with customers from initial contact all the way through financing and delivery, no closers or separate F&I. Customer education and satisfaction is everything to us, if someone buys a car or not we want them to be part of our customer base going forward for all of there purchase and service needs.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts. You need to be able to generate leads through great prospection skills as well as work leads that are provided through advertising efforts and return customers.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, providing tailored EV recommendations.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, utilizing excellent public speaking and communication skills to educate customers and build trust. Be able to learn everything about electric cars.
- Be able to complete an entire deal, from prospect to sale to finance and delivery.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management processes to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities systematically.
- Present additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to maximize sales opportunities in an ethical manor.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and customer service throughout all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and specifications, specifically EV's and PHEV's.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with public speaking capabilities for presentations or dealership events.
- Experience in dealership settings or automotive industry knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to handle outbound calls professionally while demonstrating effective phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $57,159.98 - $125,000.00 per year
