Service Manager – Powersports Dealership
We’re looking for a seasoned Powersports Service Manager to lead and grow our service department in a fast-paced, high-volume powersports dealership. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows the powersports industry inside and out and can drive performance while delivering exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations of the service department, including technicians, service advisors, and workflow
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining high CSI scores
- Manage scheduling, dispatching, warranty administration, and quality control
- Hire, train, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance standards
- Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
- Act as a leader on the floor—problem solving, customer-facing, and results-driven
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Service Management experience in the Powersports Industry (required)
- Strong background in motorcycle and powersports service operations
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve KPIs, and manage department profitability
- Valid motorcycle endorsement (required)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle escalations professionally
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
