Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dealership Automotive Drive Lead Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service Drive department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto service management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to drive sales through upselling and excellent service delivery.
Duties
- Manage the service department's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
- Supervise and train service advisors and oversee Automotive Technicians to ensure efficient quality work is performed daily. Provide a smooth running shop and Excellent communication between shop and Drive.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. CSI scores maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies for upselling additional services and products to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including auto estimating and service writing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all automotive repair activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and improve overall dealership performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive service Department or a similar role within a dealership environment A MUST
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions within a service department setting.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and management.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
