Overview
FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION - This is a salaried position, not a 9-5 job and requires a strong, career minded individual. This is a hnds on position, working in the field when necessary. We are seeking an experienced GSE Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for Ground Support [Equipment (GSE) within our repair/maintenance operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in auto and diesel repair, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, and diagnotic skills. This role is vital for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our customers equipment. The position requires hands-on supervision, project management capabilities, and effective communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to perform routine and corrective maintenance on GSE equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, assisting our technicians using the proper diagnostic tools
- Oversee all mechanical repairs on both gas and diesel engines
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history
- Supervise safety protocols during all maintenance operations to prevent hazards
- Oversee shift scheduling
- Be the first response for technicians questions
Skills
- Proven management and supervisory experience in equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of schematics and diagnostics
- Mechanical knowledge related to gas and diesel equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with Ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting
- Project management skills to oversee maintenance projects from planning through execution
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English to effectively supervise teams and coordinate with other departments

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
