We are currently seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our team and continue our tradition of excellence.

Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership’s front-end departments, including Sales, Finance & Insurance (F&I), and Business Development. This role requires a hands-on leader who has worked across multiple areas of dealership operations and understands how each department contributes to overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all front-end dealership operations including Sales, F&I, and BDC
Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong gross margins and expense control
Monitor and improve dealership KPIs including volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with Volkswagen brand standards and manufacturer programs
Utilize the Reynolds & Reynolds DMS to manage reporting, operational efficiency, and performance metrics
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and customer retention
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

5+ years of automotive dealership management experience
Experience working in multiple dealership roles (Sales, F&I, Desk, BDC, or GSM level)
Experience using the Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management system
Proven track record of increasing sales volume, profitability, and team performance
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze financial statements and dealership performance metrics
