Mercedes-Benz of North Haven is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow our Service-to-Sales initiative. This role is ideal for a high-performing automotive sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership while maintaining the ability to structure and close personal deals.

In this position, you will bridge the gap between our service and sales departments—identifying equity opportunities, engaging service customers about upgrade options, and delivering the elevated customer experience expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand & Mauro Motors.

Key Responsibilities

Engage service customers to identify equity and upgrade opportunities
Present Mercedes-Benz vehicle options and structure competitive deals
Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and Sales Consultants to create a seamless luxury experience
Track and monitor performance metrics including unit sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
Assist in mentoring and supporting sales team members
Ensure all documentation and compliance standards are properly executed

Qualifications

Proven success in automotive sales- You must have automotive sales experience preferably in management
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Customer-first mindset aligned with luxury brand standards
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Leadership potential or prior supervisory experience preferred
Driven, professional, and goal-oriented
