Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote our vehicle inventory and services
- Conduct detailed product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and available upgrades to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying new leads and nurturing existing client relationships through B2B (business-to-business) and retail sales strategies
- Negotiate pricing, financing terms, trade-in values, and upselling opportunities to maximize dealership revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, coordinating vehicle availability, and supporting inventory control efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Skills
- Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with strong B2B sales acumen
- Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining transparency and trust
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales processes seamlessly
- Proficiency with CRM software for sales tracking and customer management
- Excellent public speaking skills for presenting vehicles confidently at events or dealership demonstrations
- Knowledge of inventory management, automotive specifications, retail math, and inventory control procedures
- Outbound sales experience including cold calling strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Effective communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for engaging customers over the phone or in person
- Familiarity with marketing techniques to attract potential buyers and enhance dealership visibility
