This is a production environment. Workflow matters. You’ll be expected to manage a steady volume of vehicles while keeping communication tight and details accurate.
The role requires balancing customer needs, technician workflow, and parts realities — often at the same time — and making sound decisions that keep the shop advancing.
Technicians and advisors operate as partners. Details matter. Standards matter. Urgency matters. Good work is recognized consistently.
