Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive high-end vehicle sales. In this role, you will oversee the sales pipeline, develop strategic retail sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire a high-performing team, maximize dealership revenue, and uphold our reputation for trust and transparency.
Duties
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets through effective coaching and motivation
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand the sales pipeline, including outbound calls and cold calling
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills, public speaking, and personalized upselling techniques
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and support sales activities
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals that meet both customer needs and dealership objectives
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones through retail math analysis and promotional campaigns
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive or dealership sales management with a focus on high-end vehicles
- Strong outside sales skills with the ability to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and customer engagement
- Excellent negotiation abilities combined with outstanding communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory control systems, and retail math for accurate forecasting and reporting
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively
- Demonstrated success in upselling, customer service excellence, and outbound sales strategies
- Public speaking skills to confidently present vehicle features, conduct product demonstrations, and engage diverse audiences
