Compensation
- $3,200/month guaranteed base
- Plus commission (no cap)

Schedule
- Full-time
- 5-day work week
- Closed on major holidays
What You’ll Do
- Work with customers online, on the phone, and on the lot
- Guide guests through a simple, transparent buying process
- Build trust, not pressure
- Present vehicles, test drives, and financing options
- Follow up with leads and past customers
- Be part of a team that actually helps each other
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Customer-service or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with phones, texting, and basic computer systems
