Responsibilities
- Customer Finance & Insurance: Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, providing thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service contracts.
- Deal Structuring: Work closely with the Sales Department to "desk" deals, structure financing for various credit tiers (prime and sub-prime), and secure approvals through our network of lenders.
- Lender Relations: Maintain and develop strong working relationships with banks, credit unions, and manufacturer lending arms to secure competitive rates.
- Compliance: Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines (including Red Flag, OFAC, and Truth in Lending).
- Contract Management: Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts by ensuring paperwork is accurate, "stips" are collected, and funding packages are submitted daily.
- Team Support: Train and provide the sales team with up-to-date information on finance programs, lease options, and the benefits of dealership products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of automotive finance management experience
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of dealership management systems (e.g., Dealertrack, VinSolutions) and desking software.
- Compliance Expertise: Fully proficient with title laws, registration processes, and credit disclosure regulations.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to explain complex financial terms to customers in a clear, transparent manner.
- Character: A commitment to ethical business practices and a professional appearance.
Requirements: Valid U.S. Driver’s License and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
