Automotive Service Advisor/Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Service Manager / Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a strong understanding of the automotive repair industry, excellent customer service and communication skills, sales experience, and organizational and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email and in person.
- Sell repairs and service to customers based on their needs, goals and desires.
- Administrative Tasks such as creating invoices for customers, assist in parts ordering, dispatch repairs/parts as needed.
- Manage Repair Orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in an automotive service or manager role
- Strong knowledge of the automotive repair industry
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication with customers and team members
- A positive attitude and passion for teamwork and customer care
