Duties
- Lead and manage the service advisor team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service
- Develop strategies to increase upselling opportunities, including auto estimating and service writing enhancements
- Oversee vehicle maintenance service tickets and partner with the Technician manager for services such as oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, suspension work, alignments, shocks & struts, transmissions, diesel engine repairs, and air brake systems
- Ensure accurate and transparent communication with customers regarding repairs, costs, and timelines
- Monitor service metrics and implement continuous improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain detailed records of all transactions
Experience
- Proven experience with a strong background in auto service management and automotive repair operations
- Experience leading a client service dept or Service advisor team prefered
- Demonstrated success in upselling services and auto estimating to maximize revenue opportunities
- Experience working with service technicians to coordinate repairs efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes and service writing practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all financial activities

Pay: $50,052.43 - $70,116.91 per year
