Compensation
- 100% Gross Profit–based pay
- No hourly, no salary, no guarantees
- Higher production = higher pay
This pay structure rewards urgency, follow-up, and customer trust, not pressure or clock-watching.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Answering inbound calls with a YES mindset (same-day or next available appointment)
- Scheduling vehicles for immediate inspection
- Keeping customers informed throughout the visit
- Following up on declined work next business day
- Driving schedule flow so customers aren’t waiting unnecessarily
How Success Is Measured
- Same-day inspection rate
- Hours sold per day/week
- Gross Profit produced
- Follow-up completion
- Customer experience metrics (feedback, retention)
Happy customers are measured, not assumed.
Experience
Auto repair experience preferred, but urgency, clarity, and accountability matter more than years in the seat.
