Vehicles are inspected immediately. Customers are kept informed. Work is approved and completed without unnecessary delays.

Compensation

100% Gross Profit–based pay
No hourly, no salary, no guarantees
Higher production = higher pay

This pay structure rewards urgency, follow-up, and customer trust, not pressure or clock-watching.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Answering inbound calls with a YES mindset (same-day or next available appointment)
Scheduling vehicles for immediate inspection
Keeping customers informed throughout the visit
Following up on declined work next business day
Driving schedule flow so customers aren’t waiting unnecessarily
