Stillwell Ford is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive continued growth. This position requires a strong automotive background, leadership ability, and the motivation to keep a sales team energized and performing at a high level.
Requirements:
- Prior auto dealership sales management experience is required
- F&I background strongly preferred
- Experience with vehicle appraisals, auctions, and buying inventory
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to identify growth opportunities
- · Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to maintain high morale and accountability within the sales staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Oversee new and pre-owned sales processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Build relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and customers to source quality inventory
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular coaching and training
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless dealership operations
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding sales staff
