Responsibilities
- Buy and Recon Used Cars
- Participate in specing New Car Inventory
- Hire and Train your sales team
- Work Closely with the Finance Office as an Extension of the Sales Desk
- Develop All Processes on the Sales Floor and Report your progress daily
- Celebrate Success and Redirect Failure
- T/O and Talk to Every Customer Early in the sales process
- Close Sales and Manage to your Gross Targets for F&I and Front End Profit
- Manage the merchandising of your product on lot and online (Pictures, Prices, Desc)
- Ensure notes in the CRM every time! - What have we done and what are we doing next?!
- Develop a Special Finance Business as a channel of business
- Manage the front half of the facility for cleanliness, order, energy, and urgency
- Live and Manage to the Core Values of the Company
- Stay Busy - Be Great - Lead by Example

Must Haves:
- Automotive sales management experience required
- Proven History of buying used inventory and managing aging
- Working Knowledge of Bank Structuring and Dealer Systems (vauto/route one/CDK etc)
- Valid license and insurability by our insurance company
- Can pass a pre employment drug screen (don't test for cannabis)
- Acceptable criminal background check.
- Ability to get to work and not more than 60 mins away from Marion

Pay: $80,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
