Lone Star Powersports is looking for a high-performing F&I Manager to help drive sales, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do
As the Finance & Insurance Manager, you will manage the full finance process from customer interview to funded contract while supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Structure and finalize financing for powersports unit sales
- Conduct professional F&I customer interviews on every deal
- Present and sell financing options, extended warranties, GAP, and aftermarket products
- Pull credit and submit deals to lenders for approval
- Maintain relationships with multiple lenders to secure competitive rates and programs
- Work closely with the sales team to help close deals and maximize opportunities
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and complete
- Collect down payments and required documentation
- Submit deals promptly and manage contracts in transit
- Maintain detailed notes and deal documentation
- Ensure all F&I checklists and processes are followed on every deal
- Verify parts, accessories, and add-ons are properly included in the contract
- Work with the business office and title clerk to ensure smooth funding and titling
- Participate in weekly sales and F&I training meetings
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and dealership regulations
- Help drive F&I performance and maximize PVR
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as an F&I Manager in powersports, automotive, RV, or marine dealership
- Minimum 2 years sales experience with proven closing ability
- Strong ability to structure deals and work with lenders
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text, and in-person)
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to overcome objections and solve problems
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Professional appearance and communication
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check
Preferred
- Powersports dealership experience
- Business management or dealership finance experience
