My Credit Guy helps clients rebuild their credit and qualify for major lifetime purchases, typically home purchases. Our Customer Service Coordinators communicate directly with clients, vendors, credit bureaus and creditors. They oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and proactively coach them to achieve their credit goals. The perfect candidate is must be a pleasure to work with and an expert communicator. You must be comfortable spending most of your day on the phone and be able to manage an your own tasks. Please note: on-the-job training is provided, no prior credit knowledge is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and affiliates
- Coach and inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information specific to their account
- Read and analyze credit reports
- Maintain quality service by monitoring standards; advising supervisor of potential problems
- Maintain customer confidence and protect My Credit Guy operations by keeping information confidential
- De-escalate situations to the best of their ability
Qualifications:
- In-office attendance is a must, along with reliability
- Advanced problem resolution skills
- Professional communication abilities
- Ability to stay positive and maintain professionalism in all situations
- Open to technological developments and updates
- Confidence to speak to third parties in relation to clients in order to resolve issues
- Manage own workload
- Customer service experience is required
- Credit knowledge is a plus
