Job Description
We are seeking a driven Sales / Floor Manager to lead from the front. This is a hands-on role focused on closing deals, developing salespeople, and driving showroom performance. We are looking for a proven leader with a competitive mindset and a passion for training and winning.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales consultants with closing deals, TOs, and deal structure
- Provide real-time training and coaching on the showroom floor
- Reinforce sales process, accountability, and dealership standards
- Support appointment execution, follow-up discipline, and floor activity
- Work closely with management and finance to ensure clean, fundable deals
- Lead by example with professionalism, energy, and urgency
Requirements
- Automotive sales leadership experience preferred (Floor Manager, Senior Sales, or similar)
- Strong closing and deal-structuring skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable
- Competitive, results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and leadership presence

Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
