Responsibilities - General Manager:

The GM is responsible for the operations and profitability of all departments.

Oversee the hiring and training of new managers and employees.

Ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers and other associates daily to set maintain a high standard of excellence, integrity and ethical business practices.

Serve as liaison with manufacturer.

Be accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous General Management experience at high-volume franchise dealership preferred; previous automotive management experience required.

Proven track record in automotive retail industry, including customer experience scores and market share performance.

Must have excellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.

Must be process oriented, well-disciplined and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
