Automotive Service Manager
Dann’s Discount Auto Sales in Visalia, CA is looking for an experienced Automotive Service
Manager to join our service team.
The Service Manager is responsible for all operations within the service department - from hiring and
managing technicians and service advisors to customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Learn and become proficient in the Rapid Recon Reconditioning Process
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that
- allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
- Interview and make new hires
- Distribute work between technicians
- Prioritize required services
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the
customer does not get mishandled.
- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers

Job Requirements:
- Dealership experience is required
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Organized and friendly personality
- 2 Yr. Degree or equivalent required 4 Yr. Degree or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $96,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
