AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Work with OEM certifications and meet factory volume targets while sustaining profitability.
- Motivate and train salespeople of all inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentives.
- Appraise all incoming used vehicles.
- Increase overall market share year over year.
- Train salespeople on sales process on a regular basis
- Work with clients on closing deals.
- Work with the General Sales Manager to forecast monthly sales expenses.
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience with impeccable CSI results.
- Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
- Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements include (but are not limited to):
- 2 + years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
- MUST HAVE GENERAL MOTORS EXPERIENCE (NO OTHERS NEED APPY)
- Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong take charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include recruiting, training, and motivating.
- Knowledge of the local retail market.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Must have verifiable proof of your success as a Sales Manager in the Automotive Industry including outstanding CSI scores.
- Ability to identify market trends properly and manage inventory.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Bilingual a plus.
Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
