Job Overview
Dulles Insurance (Erie Insurance) is seeking an experienced hybrid (home 1 day per week) Insurance Service Manager who is already licensed in either Virginia, Maryland, or West Virginia to join our growing team at Dulles Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing PL staff and servicing property and casualty products for our clients in our target states: VA, MD, WV, and DC.
Our ideal candidate has a MINIMUM of 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE (Erie, State Farm, Allstate, etc.) with a passion for helping others . You will be responsible for enriching lives in the communities we serve by educating clients about their coverage and price options, as well as building and maintaining relationships with them, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Salary Range: $55,189.00 - $73,053.00 per year (based on experience).

Requirements
- Strong desire to serve and help others.
- Must have an active Virginia, Maryland, or WVA (or other) Property and Casualty insurance license.
- MINIMUM of 5 years of Personal Lines account service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Technologically proficient with PCs and Microsoft systems.
- Proficient in AMS Vertafore and Agency Zoom (preferred).
- U.S. work authorization (required)
Range: $55,189 - $73,053 per year (based on experience).
Responsibilities
- Educating clients and prospects about their coverage needs and options.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention, communicating with them via email, phone, and text as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices that may affect your clients' coverage.
- Update notes and tasks in our CRM and other organizational tools to accurately document all interactions with clients.
