The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our expanding Fixed Operations leadership team at Hertrich Buick GMC of Seaford.

The Opportunity:

As an Automotive Service Manager, you'll lead daily service operations while developing and coaching a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement. You'll have the tools and leadership support needed to drive results.

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of successful Automotive Service Management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and team performance
Solid understanding of dealership operations (DealerTrack experience preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
Flexible availability to support service operations
