Service Advisors are the communication liaison between the Factory trained technician and the client for the needs of the vehicle. You will need to maintain a level of training from manufacturer, have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated. You are responsible for efficient estimated turnaround time and client education about their maintenance and repair needs. You will be the face of the service drive and responsible for client interaction while visiting the service department. Other duties as assigned.
- Consult with all clients on required and needed services in an interesting and
compelling way
- Follow the Dealerships service drive process.
- Be proficient at providing a proper out the door estimate for repairs in R.I.M.
format. Communicate proper time estimates to meet client needs.
- Maintain high level of Customer Service Index
- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork, manage production and
efficiency of the repair of all vehicles
- Must be solution oriented, have a positive attitude, have the ability to work
with others through influence with an attention to detail
- Responsible for the overall client experience within the service department all
while occupying superior communication skills
- Proactively greet all clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Possess top level customer service skills, basic computer skills and possess
phone etiquette
- Be able to follow directions and possess great listening skills.
- Continually monitor shop productivity and flow
- Properly document all required and necessary services as well as follow-up all
while retaining rapport within each interaction
- Anything that your supervisor deems necessary for your specific dealership

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
