Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Powersports F&I (Finance & Insurance) Manager to join our dealership's finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing loans, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. This role requires a strong background in automotive/powersports sales, credit analysis, and financial services, along with excellent negotiation and customer service skills. The Powersports F&I Manager will play a key role in maximizing dealership profitability through effective upselling and contract management while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

Manage the entire F&I process, including loan approval, credit analysis, and contract preparation using financial software.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing transparent and professional financial guidance.
Present and explain various financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers.
Conduct credit checks, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with TILA regulations during loan processing.
Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable financing arrangements.
Upsell additional products such as warranties, insurance, and title processing to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
Prepare accurate contracts, titles, and related documentation while adhering to legal standards such as TILA.
Collaborate with sales staff to facilitate seamless vehicle transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership inventory, loan officer procedures, and relevant financial laws.

Experience

Proven experience in automotive/powersports sales or dealership finance management is preferred.
Strong background in customer relationship management and financial services.
Loan officer experience or familiarity with loan processing, credit analysis, and title processing is highly desirable.
Knowledge of dealership operations including upselling techniques, negotiation skills, and contract management.
Proficiency with financial software systems and basic math skills including 10 key typing for data entry.
Familiarity with TILA regulations and credit analysis procedures is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Prior experience in automobile sales or powersports industry is a plus but not required. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead our finance team while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
