BDC Manager with Springs Automotive Group!
Are you energetic, people-focused, and ready to be the voice of a proven and growing dealership group? Springs Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to be the first connection between our group and our future customers!
This role will be fast paced and rewarding as you drive business and provide a great customer experience along side our productive and dynamic sales team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, text and chat
- Manage efficiencies to insure best in industry response times and practices
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential buyers
- Partner with sales and management teams to hit performance goals
- Coordinate with Inventory and Merchandising teams to provide a top-notch digital experience to drive car buyers to our showrooms
Your Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- A passion for helping people and providing outstanding service
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive dealership experience (Internet Manager, BDC Manager, or Sales Manager preferred)
- Experience with CRM Systems and digital retailing platforms
- Good understanding of automotive sales processes and desking.
- Ability to analyze metrics and identify opportunities for performance gains

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
