Position Overview
Sheridan Honda & Power Sports is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/F&I Manager (Hybrid Role) to lead our sales team while managing finance and insurance operations. This hybrid role is ideal for previous managers or salespeople who are looking for a new opportunity to grow their careers in both sales and finance. Key Responsibilities Sales Management
- Lead and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including customer interactions and deal structuring.
- Implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales, increase gross profit, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales inventory, ensuring appropriate vehicle mix and stock levels.
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to ensure accountability.
- Participate in sales meetings to review performance and discuss training needs.
Key Responsibilities F&I Management
- Work with customers to present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and other F&I products.
- Submit credit applications and secure funding through various lenders.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies.
- Review and ensure accuracy of all paperwork, including financing agreements, contracts, and warranties.
- Maximize F&I department profitability by selling value-added products such as GAP and extended warranties.
- Track finance products sold and ensure deals are finalized and funded quickly.
Hybrid Role Duties:
- Balance the responsibilities of both Sales and F&I departments, ensuring strong leadership in both areas.
- Train and support sales staff in introducing F&I products during the sales process.
- Coordinate between sales and finance to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to finalizing deals.
- Participate in daily sales and finance activities, providing hands-on leadership and guidance.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales and/or F&I (minimum 3-5 years preferred, but not required).
- Previous management experience or salespeople looking for growth opportunities are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of automotive finance, lender relations, and insurance products.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
- Attention to detail, compliance-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities..
