Service Manager – Spencer’s Auto Repair (Krum, TX)

Spencer’s Auto Repair is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Service Manager who is ready to lead a strong team, elevate the customer experience, and drive results in a fast-paced, relationship-focused shop.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach service advisors to hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and friendly customer experience
- Oversee workflow, dispatching, and quality control
- Monitor KPIs: car count, ARO, sales, GP, closing ratio, inspections, etc.
- Conduct daily huddles and weekly 1-on-1 coaching
- Maintain shop standards: cleanliness, professionalism, and communication
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and solutions
- Work closely with ownership on KPIs, growth strategies, and marketing efforts
- Uphold and enforce proven processes (DVI, 10 & 2 updates, follow-up calls, etc.)
Who We’re Looking For
- A proven leader in automotive service (Service Manager with 5 years of experience)
- Strong communicator who can connect, coach, and motivate
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Confident in sales conversations and building customer trust
- Solutions-focused mindset — proactive, not reactive
- Someone who thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly

Pay: $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
