Duties

- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads and following up with prospects to ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate records of available stock.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract potential buyers.
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B or high-end automobile sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; public speaking experience is a plus.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable (bilingual or multilingual).
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales data.
- Knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
