Job Description:
Dean Automotive Group is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team! This position will support operations at our Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Titusville. This is a great location and high performing store! We’re seeking a driven, energetic professional who is passionate about customer satisfaction, team development, and achieving results. While prior automotive management experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates leadership potential and a strong desire to grow within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales staff
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an excellent buying experience
- Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training sales staff
- Work closely with upper management to meet dealership objectives
Requirements:
- Dealership sales experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license
