Automotive dealerships located in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA market are in need of quality, full-time F&I Managers. Two or more years' experience required. A commitment to customer service, attention to detail, strong track record of performance, and a team-first approach are a must!
Job Responsibilities:
Finance Manager
- Review credit applications to determine credit worthiness
- Conduct interviews with clients to determine finance / payment needs
- Utilize menu platform to present vehicle service contracts and other ancillary products
- Prepare and finalize all documents as required for vehicle delivery
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Utilize CRM and DMS within dealership to handle all required documentation
- Conduct training/development activities with sales staff, fixed operations, and F&I department to increase performance
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented
- Two (2) years experience as Automotive F&I Manager and/or Sales Manager
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
