Automotive dealerships located in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA market are in need of quality, full-time F&I Managers. Two or more years' experience required. A commitment to customer service, attention to detail, strong track record of performance, and a team-first approach are a must!

Job Responsibilities:

Finance Manager

Review credit applications to determine credit worthiness
Conduct interviews with clients to determine finance / payment needs
Utilize menu platform to present vehicle service contracts and other ancillary products
Prepare and finalize all documents as required for vehicle delivery
Ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
Utilize CRM and DMS within dealership to handle all required documentation
Conduct training/development activities with sales staff, fixed operations, and F&I department to increase performance
