Overview
Car Wash Car Club is seeking dedicated and detail oriented Mobile Auto Detailing Technicians to help serve our growing customer base. You will be responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to a pristine condition under our brand. The ideal candidate has their own tools and skills, takes pride in quality work, and values professional customer service.
Detailing business owners that want to fill their partially busy schedule with additional work should apply. Just let us know what days and times you're available, and we'll work with you.
Detailing technicians in other positions not getting enough work or pay should apply. Bring your skills and your tools, we have the work and we pay well.
We charge our customers based off of vehicle size and add-ons and will pay contractors via 1099 at $50 per hour charged to the customer.
Example: An Interior Detail on a standard sized SUV with pet hair removal is billed at 2.75 hours, and the contractor will be paid $137.50, even if they complete the job quicker than 2.75 hours.
Duties
- Perform interior and exterior details including vacuuming, wiping, and polishing surfaces
- Apply proven techniques to restore and maintain vehicle appearance
- Inspect vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service through clear and professional communication
- Up-sell additional services when appropriate to increase earnings
- Safely operate vehicles as needed
- Leave behind company flyers after each job and display company sign during service.
What you Bring
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, car wash, or related services
- Your own detailing tools, equipment, chemicals, supplies and vacuum etc
- Strong customer service skills and reliability
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Availability for at least one day per week. Scheduling is flexible beyond that
