Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Sales BDC Team Lead/Supervisor
Las Vegas, NV
Up to $84K+/year (Base + Uncapped Bonuses)
Are you a BDC Team Lead or Sales Supervisor ready to step into a role focused on leading people, driving performance, and building a winning culture?
We’re hiring a BDC Supervisor to take full ownership of team results—coaching reps, improving KPIs, and ensuring consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
This is a leadership-focused role, not a full-time production seat. You’ll step in when needed—but your primary responsibility is developing people and delivering results through the team.
If you currently oversee (or have overseen) people—not just leads—and thrive in a metrics-driven dealership setting, we want to connect with you.

- Opportunity to shape team performance and culture
- Strong dealership support and consistent lead flow
- Clear path to BDC Manager-level advancement
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Guide, coach, and support a team of BDC Representatives to achieve performance goals
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and performance direction
- Lead daily huddles, call reviews, and one-on-one check-ins
- Reinforce expectations, processes, and accountability standards
- Help build a high-performance, team-first culture
Own Performance & KPIs
- Drive results across key metrics: appointments set, show rates, and conversions
- Monitor CRM activity, response times, and follow-up consistency
- Identify performance gaps and construct action plans
- Report insights and results to dealership leadership
Manage Daily Operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound lead handling and workload distribution
- Ensure consistent execution across calls, texts, and email communication
- Step in for escalations, peak volume, or coverage gaps as needed
- Partner with Sales leadership to align on goals and execution
Improve Processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Reinforce best practices and standard operating procedures
- Maintain strong knowledge of CRM tools and dealership campaigns
Subject Matter Expertise
- Maintain strong knowledge of OEM products, CRM tools, and dealership campaigns
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
What You Need to Succeed
- Automotive BDC or sales experience
- Prior experience leading, coaching, or supervising a team
- Strong understanding of KPIs, call metrics, and CRM reporting
- Proven ability to improve team performance (not just individual results)
